Attack of the Mutts

I hope everyone had an enjoyable New Year's Eve and Day with their families. Holidays are always such an enjoyable time. I love being with my family. I worked a busy 1/2 shift on New Year's Day. We had our New Year's Baby while I was working, so that was fun. I wasn't the L&D nurse, but I was the receiving nursery nurse. We had a very cute little boy baby. Congratulations to the proud parents!
I took this picture of Richard and the dogs of couple of weeks ago and thought I would share. As soon as my husband sits down after getting home from work, he gets attacked by the dogs. This is an everyday occurance. Shrimp - the big chihuahua - just wants to be held, so he jumps up on his lap and lays down. Molly - the mini beagle - wants to be right in his face. No matter how much attention you give them, it is never enough and they always want more. Most of the time I wonder if they are even worth all of trouble, but they are good watch dogs for me when Richard is out of town, so I guess I will keep them around.
