I have been working hard to get Granny's clothes completed and have them completed except for the snaps, buttons and elastic around the bloomers' waist and legs. Next step, I need to get Granny put together so I can measure around her waist to know how long to cut the elastic. Time to get her assembled. I'll be working on that today. This is what she looks like prior to putting her together. Check out her body and her "bodacious ta-tas" as the pattern calls them. I think they are hillarious, but sadly it is the truth as to what happens when gravity kicks in with age.
Also, a note of good news - my dad went to the general surgeon to have the stitches taken out from his surgery to have the melanoma removed and the tests show that they got all of it! Great news and a huge relief.
I can't believe it will soon be Christmas. I am getting my decorations up. Christmas is my favorite time of year. I love all the beautiful lights, decorations, Christmas trees and those delicious smells. Now, if we could have a white Christmas, it would be perfect. My shopping is almost complete and hope everyone else is getting ready and is almost finished, too.

Ugh, I am SO not ready! I thought I was doing so well until this week when it all suddenly HIT!!! We have a tree (undecorated) in the gargage because there is no time to do it as a family! I may end up doing it myself this year....which I hate. Or maybe we just won't have one up until Dec. 24th at this rate!
I thought those were "ta-ta's"! LOL!!! Too funny! I can't wait to see her all dressed up. Great news about your dad.
Yes! I've been waiting for you to post a picture of the bodacious tatas!! I told Annie she needs to see them in action, I'm still recovering. Gran is a hottie! She looks way good, can't wait to see her finished! I'm glad everything turned out OK with your dad.
I have just decided what to ask Santa for.... you got it! Bodacious Ta Tas! yahoo!!!
